    This speaks to me of spontaneous fun, and makes me smile. Is that Silly String? There’s a sense of motion as he lets the strings stream out behind. I’m sure he’s about to run with it. Who wouldn’t? I like the glimpses of neighbourhood behind too: the clothing on the line, the basketball hoop.

    I love the clothesline behind. The chaos of the string, childhood, summer, layered upon the reality and order of life carrying on as it (thankfully) does. This child is free to be free because someone somewhere is making sure he has a clean pair of shorts for tomorrow… ;)
